Oversaw all aspects of new building or renovation projects from multi-family residential (6 - 400 DUs) to commercial, community facility, mixed-use and institutional buildings. Developed construction drawing sets for DOB filings like NB, HPD, OER, FRESH, DSNY, BPP, CC, DPR etc. Ensured adherence to design specifications, building codes and zoning regulations (including City of Yes). Led stakeholder communication to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical and other building trade requirements. Led a a team of 10 electrical, web and graphic interns to design a solar powered classroom project within a reused 20ft shipping container to help provide quality education to underprivileged children living in remote areas around the world. Also created the graffiti for outer vinyl wrap for the container, illustrating the concept and making of the project.
Developed working drawings on Autodesk Revit for Jing'An office tower coming up in Shanghai, China. Modeled permanent site elements for a metro railway line running beneath the site, as part of the Design Development sheet set for the project. 2. Interior Design development including mural design, palettes, finishes, furniture, lighting etc. for Novartis Hyderabad.
